Summary

Once a household name, we partnered with the team at Boast to help revitalize the brand with their "Heritage Reborn" campaign. Worn by the likes of Tom Cruise and former President George W. Bush, in the '80s we knew we had one chance to do this legacy brand justice and to do it right.

Boast was founded by a group of Ivy League Squash and Tennis players in Greenwich, CT.  Their goal was to create a distinctly American brand - one as irreverent as the rebels and icons who dominated the courts and culture in the 1970's.  When talking to anyone at Boast HQ, you hear the word "irreverent" thrown around a lot. It's a bit shocking at first when you hear the word used while talking about their collection. But irreverent really is the right word. One look at their logo and you see what they mean. It's just a Japanese Maple Leaf, but it sure as hell looks a lot like something else. And that's the beauty of it. That's exactly what they want you to think. It's meant to get the folks at the country club talking, and boy does it.


For our partnership with Boast we began the momentous task at their Brooklyn, NY headquarters working with their internal team on brand development, product development, and target market analysis.


We then gathered our team and headed south to Charleston, SC to shoot their entire product lineup. Over the course of our 4 day shoot across 6 locations, we gathered a team of creatives and influencers to shoot a lookbook that was sure to draw attention.
